If you want to do focused work at your desk, you should not be prepared to compromise when choosing a desk lamp. Tired eyes, eyestrain, reduced concentration and lower productivity can all be the result of unsuitable lighting.
Different tasks at the desk require different brightness and colour settings, in order that the right illumination for each situation may be used.

Reading requires a different light colour and brightness than working at a screen. This LED desk lamp is therefore equipped with four different types of lighting for various tasks.
Reading mode for bookworms
If you are reading notes on paper or a book, the best favour you can do for your eyes is to choose a mixture of warm-white and cool-white light – this combination produces the most pleasant light for your eyes and is also ideally suited for normal office work.
Work mode for work alcoholics
If you are working on a new project with full focus and concentration, you can switch to the work mode with cool-white, short-wave light. In this mode, concentration is raised and better maintained.
Tranquil mode for creative thinkers
If you need to take a break to boost your creativity, the tranquil mode with its relaxing warm-white, long-wave light is available. This light reduces stress and tension, and ensures you are ready for the next phase in work mode.
Sleep mode for the end of the working day
Warm-white light can help you fall asleep, but is also very pleasant as background lighting. It is therefore ideal for children’s rooms, to help get children to sleep. A warm feeling of relaxation reduces stress and gets you in the mood for the perfect relaxing evening.
More features offered by the lamp
One person prefers the light in reading mode to be a bit brighter, and another person finds it easier to work in light that is a bit darker. The lamp accommodates these individual needs, as the brightness of the individual modes can be adjusted separately using five brightness levels.
Daylight or a light colour similar to daylight is, of course, the most effective and most pleasant light for your eyes and mind. With an Ra value of 90 and flicker-free light, you can read and write texts effortlessly, and concentrate on one thing for hours.
With so many selection options, you may find you sometimes forget to completely turn off the LED lamp at the end of the day – which will, of course, result in higher energy usage. Here, the timer function offers a convenient solution. You can select the amount of time that elapses before the LED lamp automatically turns off (30 or 60 minutes).
Light – where you want it
Of course, it is important to position the desk lamp where it can best provide the perfect illumination for your work. A non-slip base holds the lamp in position and simultaneously prevents scratches on your lovely desk. However, it is even better if the lamp itself is adjustable: This LED lamp can be rotated 130°and tilted 90° at the lower joint on the base. The shade can be rotated 90°, and tilted upwards 50° and downwards 90°, thus ensuring perfect illumination. Wherever the ideal daylight is needed on the desk, this LED desk lamp is ‘spot on’.

Whatever the mode (reading, work or tranquil), music makes everything easier. The LED lamp has an integrated radio, where you can directly store your 20 favourite stations. Bluetooth
If you would prefer to rock to your own music collection on your smartphone, you can easily stream the music via Bluetooth to the lamp or, rather, its Bluetooth receiver. The smartphone should be no further than one metre away. If you are interrupted by a call when rocking, working, reading or relaxing, you can also use the Bluetooth function to receive the call hands-free. You can accept and end calls, or reject them (if you have gone into complete relaxation while listening to classical music in tranquil mode).
